How to order personalized
hypnosis CDs and mp3s
For those clients not located in the
Charlotte, NC area (we are located in Mooresville, NC), we will mail you a new
client intake form, consent for treatment/confidentiality form, and
questionnaire for you to send back to us. We can discuss your program
either over the phone or through e-mail. Every hypnosis CD or mp3 is customized for each individual client. We do not sell
"generic" hypnosis sessions. We will not produce any personalized
CD or mp3 until we are satisfied that we have all the information required to best
help you.
Client
confidentiality is very important to us. All sessions are private and
confidential. No personal information will be given out or sold to
anyone!
Custom hypnosis CDs or mp3s, available
through this website, range in price from $85 to $250 (price includes
shipping) depending on the type of hypnotherapy program:
