How to order personalized
hypnosis CDs and mp3s

    For those clients not located in the Charlotte, NC area (I am located in Davidson, NC), I will mail you a new client intake form, consent for treatment/confidentiality form, and questionnaire for you to send back to me.  We can discuss your program over the phone.  Every hypnosis CD or mp3 is customized for each individual client.  I do not sell "generic" hypnosis sessions.  I will not produce any personalized CD or mp3 until we are satisfied that I have all the information required to best help you.

Client confidentiality is very important to me.  All sessions are private and confidential.  No personal information will be given out or sold to anyone!

    Custom hypnosis CDs or mp3s, available through this website, range in price from $85 to $250 (price includes shipping) depending on the type of hypnotherapy program:

Smoking Cessation:	(1) CD (2 tracks) or (2) mp3 downloadable files for $170
Weight Reduction:	(1) CD (3 tracks) or (3) mp3 downloadable files for $250
Other Hypnosis:	(1) CD (1 track)  or (1) mp3 downloadable file   for $85 or
	(1) CD (2 tracks) or (2) mp3 downloadable files for $170
